We have moved into our new office located at Shop 4, 102 Churchill Street, Childers. We purchased Andy's Realty in 2011 (established in 2009) with the goal of breaking outside of the traditional real estate industry in Childers Real Estate. We changed our name to A1 Realty Wide Bay Burnett after 7 months and have been in operation for over 5 years. Our staff Rae Vella - Owner & Principal, Michael Vella - General Sales - Horticultural and Rural Sales, Julie Thompson - Rural, Steve Kerr - Residential, Ashleigh Vella - Property Management, Danielle Welldon - Administration. In December 2014, we opened an office in Woodgate and moved to Suite 1 & 2, 138 Esplanade, Woodgate in March 2015. Danni Vella is Office and Property Manager, Wayne Willey - Sales, Lynda Willey and Lisa Arjona - Administration, specialising in Sales, Holiday and Permanent Rentals. In February 2013 we opened another office in Bundaberg, situated at 12a Barolin Street, we sold this business in September 2013 to the Principal to concentrate on our local area.. We specialize in residential, land and lifestyle properties in the Wide Bay and Burnett regions for all your real estate sales needs.
