ABLAW (Athens Business Lawyers - registered with the Athens Bar Association as Hadjiemmanuil, Kouloridas, Tountopoulos Dikigoriki Etairia) specializes in corporate, financial, regulatory and commercial law. The founding partners are all acknowledged experts in the field. Three of them hold academic posts in directly related areas. The firm was established recently (2011) as a legal vehicle, but is based on a long record of close co-operation between the founding partners. Although significantly smaller than its major competitors, it brings together recognized academic excellence with business sense and extensive practical experience. On this basis, ABLAW has the capacity to represent private clients as well as institutions and professional associations and to provide advice in very complex legal and regulatory matters, bringing new ideas to bear and challenging the conventional approach when required.
