Accede Energy Services Ltd. was formed in December of 2010 by Gord Fritz, Kris Fleckenstein, and Jim Todd. Accede Energy Services Ltd. is an employee owned and operated organization that acquires companies offering synergistic capabilities to one another. The focus of Accede is on returning profits to its shareholders through yearly dividends. Accede aims to acquire companies offering different services in different geographic areas. The idea of this strategy is that Accede can then grow organically into the new areas with existing services and bring on new customers for the existing services, and vice versa. Acquisitions work best when the key people are retained. By focusing on acquiring through a use of shares the key people are retained and have a vested interest going further. Further, acquisitions that offer customer lists, new services, and new geographic areas add more value to the acquiring firm than acquisitions that have similar customer lists, similar services, and in current geographic areas. Accede believes this strategy will allow for significant growth both internally and through further acquisitions.
