Action Edge Business Coaching Inc.

Working with companies, owners, managers, boards, and employees since 2006, we are a proud division of ActionCOACH - the world's number 1 business coaching firm as ranked for 14 years+ by Entrepreneur Magazine. Our Alberta team of 5 coaches awake everyday to help our clients and all businesses as we push towards our vision of World Abundance Through Business Re-Education. We provide one on one business coaching; corporate coaching; executive coaching, leadership training, team alignment workshops, strategic planning facilitation, staff training, personality and behaviour profiling and assessments, group coaching, and business planning. We are proud to have won several North American and International awards for coaching results with our clients and as well we were awarded Top Business Plan Provider in North America at the 2015 Business Excellence Forum and Awards. We are proud and humbled to have worked with so many great companies and individuals over the years and we continue to be driven by an unyielding dedication to our clients' results. We do not lock our clients into contracts, we want clients who 100% want to be working with us and who stay with us because of results - not because of blue ink on a signature line. We are proud that our average client retention rate is over 60 months with several clients having been with us over 90 months and counting. We have offices in Calgary and in Canmore and help several clients around Canada and the world via remote coaching and online meeting technology. We hold over 100 events a year including complimentary educational seminars, half day focused workshops, 90 day planning sessions, on site lunch & learns, and of course - our client and friends appreciation mixers twice a year. The great justice in the coaching industry is that you simply do not last unless you get results, and to that sentiment we are proud to have been around for 25 years as ActionCOACH, and 12 years with our local clients. #actionstrong
