AMT is a vertically integrated technology development and manufacturing company. We develop & manufacture automated Industry 4.0 hardware solutions enabling the industrialisation of 3D printing / additive manufacturing. 3D printing lies at the heart of the Industry 4.0 manufacturing revolution. Currently, however, 3D printing for production applications consists of a series of disconnected digital manufacturing processes with significant manual intervention required post build. The manual processes and the lack of automation post build add significant cost and slow down production rates, thereby eroding many of the benefits of AM technology. This unconnected approach is slowing down the uptake of industrial 3D printing and preventing the expected competition with traditional manufacturing. AMTs technology is developed at the intersection of material science, chemistry, hardware engineering, robotics and machine learning. Our current focus is on the post processing of 3D printed parts for high volume end use applications across various industrial sectors.
