As an Ottawa-based exempt market dealer, Advanced Capital Corp. (or "ACC") is the exclusive agent for Advanced Mortgage Investment Corporation (or "AMIC"), a related and connected issuer by virtue of common ownership and control. ACC deals primarily to retail investors in Eastern Ontario who are looking to generate returns from investing in a professionally managed pool of mortgages. As agent for Advanced MIC, ACC performs all sales and marketing activities for the attraction of new potential investors to the MIC. In addition, ACC completes all know-your-client collection and provides suitability determinations for new AMIC investors.
