African Design Collective is an artisan-driven collection of women’s and home goods sold online. It was founded in 2018 to showcase the work of mainly female creatives in Africa or expats from Africa - starting with a small collection of hats and homeware. Our goal is to help up-and-coming African designers by increasing their visibility and connecting them with consumers outside the continent. We see our ideal customer as someone who loves beautiful, well-made items, care about the world, have an interest in human rights and the arts
