AgiliX Consulting

We believe that product development should be done by teams that cover the whole stream from customer engagement to delivering customer value. Teams that understand the customer needs, experience how their lives are affected and are able to create appropriate solutions. Teams that operate in an environment where people pursue clear objectives and receive frequent feedback on progress. An environment where people decide how to work and where quality and craftmanschip are obvious. AgiliX is a network organisation that guides the adoption of Lean & Agile development. We do that by training, leadership coaching and hands-on guidance of management teams and development teams. We provide the certified LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) trainings, Scrum.org professional scrum® trainings, and the Innovation Games® trainings.
