Asset Management Agripath provides technical, financial and operational management for farms in North West NSW. The experience and ongoing exposure of the management team to other farming businesses ensures the investors business is at the cutting edge of technology, farming efficiencies and farming practice. 2. Investor Services The business provides a range of services including; • Financial modeling • Property resource assessments • Long term farm rotation development & monitoring • Annual planning and budgeting • Monthly/quarterly/seasonal reviews • Performance assessments • Agronomic advice & overseeing technical input • Farming system planning & Individual crop plans 3. Benchmarking Benchmarking is provided to over 100 crop farms in northwest and central west NSW. 4. Agronomy Operated under the banner of Agronomic Business Solutions Pty Ltd (ABS), Agripath has a client base in central and southern NSW, providing consulting agronomy and whole farm planning to over 30 clients covering 40,000 ha of winter crops and 2,000-10,000ha of summer crops. Two experienced consulting agronomists run each location including support staff, with strategic input from Agripath principals. 5. Business and Strategic Planning The company provides business planning and management services to farming and grazing clients in NSW. Farm operations include irrigated cropping, broad acre farming, high rainfall grazing and mixed farming. The company currently has ongoing business advisory contracts with over 30 clients.
