air convention is a series of international aviation events that bring leading industry professionals to network, share ideas and introduce their latest products. the events bring together senior airline, airport, aviation hr & training, mro, aircraft & engine manufacturing, marketing and technology representatives as well as other industry experts and decision makers. first launched in september 2018, the event gathered over 700 industry decision makers, including nearly 200 reps from 78 airlines including lufthansa, flydubai, emirates, united airlines and more. on june 15, 2020, air convention launched a unique digital project. the first platform of a kind to enter the market, air convention digital week kicked off a conversation about the recovery for the aviation business amid the covid-19 outbreak. digital week quickly sparked interest amongst the global audience. in just 5 days, more than 55,000 people have watched the conference live. featuring 52 speakers from the world’s top airlines, airports, mro, and other companies operating in the sector, it became the largest aviation event online.
