Over the past 12 years I have developed and maintained excellent client and candidate relationships, recruiting for all the major Blue Chip companies within the Insurance Industry in a range of differing roles at all levels. I began my career working in Insurance for 5 years, and then moved into recruitment consulting, where I've been recruiting successfully into the above markets for the past 7 years, so the natural next step was to set up myself.
