The Company was founded in January 2013 by Pierre Bergeron and Clifford Dickman, co-CEOs of AirJet Helicoptère Inc. (AirJet). The Founders and the management team have spent the last 8 years developing the next generation of helicopters that will revolutionize the aerospace industry. During this period, they have pursued the development of the transmission-less helicopter and AirJet currently holds key technology designs patented or awaiting registration. AirJet Helicoptère Inc is moving forward with a program to design, develop, certify and produce the Next Generation of helicopter.
