Al Hoshani & Partner Plastic Factory (HPF) is part of a group of companies based in Saudi Arabia, which includes National Carton Factory (NCF) and Specialist Industrial Services Company (SISC). The total workforce of the group is approximately 500 staff including white and blue collar workers. The group generates revenue of approximately USD 40 million annually. Some of the known customers of the group are Almarai, PepsiCo Lays, Baskin Robins, Olayan, Arasco Chicken, Obeikan, Saadeddin and Herfy. As a diversified group each company specializes in the manufacturing of different industrial products. Understanding the rising needs of plastic products and following the boom of the oil industry and its by-products, the partners founded HPF in 1989. HPF mostly concentrates on the plastic packaging and construction sector. With state of the art machineries, HPF has a total annual capacity exceeding 10,000 MTs. In order to stay competitive our corporation is undergoing a dramatic change. A positive change that shall be beneficial throughout the supply chain. HPF, NCF and SISC are now ISO Certified. As part of being quality conscious, the group is investing heavily, not only on lab and quality equipment but also on human capital for all products to undergo strict quality measures. We have become socially responsible and are always finding ways to be more environment friendly. Our organization is also changing its strategy. Earlier, our primary role was packaging and product placement while the secondary role was branding and merchandising of customer goods. Now, we intend to make both primary and secondary role as equally important.
