Al Tannan General Trading was established in 1982 for the love of bringing great products, innovation and quality for people with emphasis on customer service. A story of success that chronicles decades of passionate family involvement across three generations; it all started when the late merchant, Abdul Sadah, came to Dubai and started a small shop in Al Ras area, Dubai, UAE. Then Mohammad Tamimi, Abdul Sadahs eldest son, took charge of running the small business with big aspirations, cultivating the seeds of his fathers dream. The shop, at that time, traded in household items that defied the standards and costs of all their competitors on a market that paid little attention to quality and whose clientele were bulk order buyers. However, now, with emphasis to quality, assurance, design and innovation; the products are manufactured to best reflect this contemporary lifestyle. Today, Al Tannan General Trading is a flourishing business, Mohammad Tamimi is the chairman and managing director, and his eldest son, is the Deputy Manager. He studied International Business in Canada. He is managing the production of latest wave of new products, making sure they revolve around consumer needs, bringing together design and function to create great products. Moreover, Mohammad Tamimi youngest son, works as Operation Manager and deals with tasks on a daily basis.
