Chef Orion is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, in San Francisco, and a Certified Culinarian of the American Culinary Federation. He also holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition, from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies, and was nominated, “Chef of the Year”, by the California Restaurant Association in 2007. In 2019 Chef Orion founded All Chef Work LLC to provide solutions for food service brands interested in improving their plant-based offerings. His signature plant-based concepts can stand up to traditional menu items and add value by attracting new customers with healthier and more environmentally friendly food options. Since 2020, the demand for plant-based foods has grown exponentially, and faster than any other food market sector.
