For UA ALPFA, it all began in August 2015, when Alfonso Aceves – then a rising Senior majoring in Finance at the Eller College of Management, worked hard in his vision of empowering his Latino community through the establishment of ALPFA University of Arizona Student Chapter. Since its foundation, UA ALPFA still continues to follow its mission of ​empowering and developing Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation. PURPOSE We connect a global network of passionate Latino leaders for exponential impact on the world by catalyzing their life's purpose.
