Alpina Group started the shipping activities in 1984. Alpina Chartering was established by second generation of a shipping family and has formed a strategic partnership with Tomini Shipping. The partnership is based on 40 years of close shipping relations with Tomini Shipping and includes chartering and commercial management of 13 newbuilding Ultramax and Kamsarmax Bulk Carriers and 4 secondhand Supramax Bulk Carriers. This platform has given us the opportunity to work on long term Contracts of Affreightment and expand the Tomini/Alpina fleet further with a combination of owned and chartered vessels.
