(AMS) is a non-profit maritime trade association which facilitates the maritime industry's compliance with international shipping protocols and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations. AMS provides organizations with the necessary tools and support to comply with regulations that require enrollment of safety sensitive personnel in a Chemical Testing Program (46 CFR Parts 4, 5 and 16). Our program satisfies all U.S. Coast Guard Chemical Testing requirements. Services include: Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs Training Programs to Comply with DOT Testing Modes: USCG, PHMSA, FMCSA, FTA & FRA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Alcohol Service Training Designated Employer Representative Training International-Flag Drug Testing Services Our consortium has been issued a Letter of Regulatory Compliance (LRC) by the USCG.
