The AMP Financial Planners Association Ltd (ampfpa) is a non-profit, member-based association. There are six state chapters, in NSW/ACT, Qld, SA/NT, Tas, Vic and WA. The Authorised Representatives Board (ARB) comprises the State Directors and the CEO, who are responsible for the overall leadership and management of the association and to protect and enhance members interests in discussions with AMP. Ampfpa works in partnership with AMP and AMP Financial Planning to get a better outcome for all stakeholders, including consumers and clients. We support and enhance our members interests and help them build professional, profitable, sustainable and valuable businesses (consistent with contemporary business models). We help our members provide their clients with quality financial planning advice in an efficient, timely, compliant and professional manner. We provide personal and professional support to both past and present members. The AMP Financial Planners Association also works closely with the Hillross Advisers Association Inc, the General Insurance Advisors Association Inc and the New Zealand Adviser and Broker Association, as well as other professional assocations.
