ANCER SPA Ltd was established in 1998 to provide a range of town planning and development consultancy support to the private and public sectors to successfully achieve sustainable economic growth and, physical change to the urban or rural environment. We have three chartered town planners with over twenty five years' practical experience of working with private and public sector clients to deliver their objectives, and are able to call on an extensive team of associates We submit planning applications and run appeals for all types of site and development schemes from individual plots to large scale employment and housing projects. We coordinate the preparation of site masterplans, community consultation and the various supporting statements required by the local planning authority. We negotiate appropriate planning conditions and viable Section 106 planning agreements. With an increasing emphasis upon a local development framework led environment, we are able to coordinate high quality submissions to persuade the local planning authority that the particular development proposal has a good strategic fit with their existing and emerging policies and that development should be allocated to our clients sites. This may involve providing evidence on behalf of our clients to public examination of the submitted Development Plan. We specialise in taking forward mixed-use development proposals for large strategic sites through the planning system.
