We are a consultancy boutique, with a focus on agile strategy and management coaching that is deeply rooted in the practices of mediation, facilitation and gamification. We deliver highest quality solutions in change management, IT and DevOps consulting, cutting-edge workshop design, and start-up acceleration. Through our experiences we have learned the value of approaching challenges in a playful, yet serious manner. Most things seem a lot less daunting when turned into a game or at least a playful goal. Our approach is built on the latest, most innovative methods, utilizing frameworks like Design Sprints, Co-Creation and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. We also offer IT solutions through our own development team and are able to service a product from conception to launch.
