APAC Group (formerly Australian Property Auction Company) was founded in 1991 as a Real Estate Agency with its principal aim to service corporate clients. Since then, we have managed large property sale portfolios for over 30 major Australian and International companies, as well as smaller businesses and individual clients. Recently we reached a significant milestone, having transacted over 10,000 property sales, which was a huge achievement and one that we are extremely proud of, as it reinforced for us that our values and the way we do business resonates within the industry and stands the test of time. Despite our large scale corporate success, we sensed the demand for a new level of competitiveness in the real estate industry closer to home. We were confident that our experience with corporate clients would readily translate to simply better real estate services in the Shire and given most of our team reside here, opening a Cronulla Real Estate agency seemed like a natural and exciting progression for us.
