Apex Results Realty Inc., the Burlington real estate company with a difference, opened in October, 2012 after more than 20 years in business under a different brand. Providing Professional Results since 1992, we rebranded to adapt to the changing real estate business. Many changes in the marketplace over the years relate to the evolving relationship between salespeople and brokerages. Currently, most salespeople are independent contractors, working with the support of a brokerage and under the supervision of the Broker of Record. In the past couple of years, there has been a move away from large corporate franchises that charge salespeople high costs plus recurring fees towards more flexible independent companies. We believe that flexible and responsive independent companies with a local presence allow realtors to brand themselves in the marketplace, and that this enables them to offer a personalized service that is directly tied to their own reputation – rather than to a company name. Increasingly, salespeople recognize that the business they do is based on their professional service and expertise rather than on a particular brand name, and that personal branding and promotion are far more important than spending their funds on corporate branding. Our low monthly fees and choice of two exceptional commission plans provide that opportunity. We are here to support our salespeople and provide the services, office location and administrative help they need to succeed.
