Aquaporin Asia Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore in early 2011 as a joint venture between Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Ventures, DHI Singapore and Aquaporin A/S. Aquaporin Asia is a spin off from the 3,5 million SGD project Aquaporin Based Biomimetic Membranes for Water Reuse and Desalination under The Environment & Water Industry Programme Offices (EWI) Incentive for Research and Innovation Scheme (IRIS).
