Area 10 Agency on Aging is a leader in providing resources and solutions and in promoting opportunities that empower community members to live longer, stronger lives. Our mission is to serve as a leader in providing resources and solutions and in promoting opportunities that empower community members to live longer, stronger lives. We focus on Services, Advocacy, and Building Capacity. Our services include case management, home-delivered and congregate meals, transportation, housing, wellness programming, and the 2-1-1 Infolink. We advocate on behalf of older adults and people with disabilities and work for improved access to services. We also work to build our community's capacity to serve the rapidly growing aging population. Our vision is to build a community where all older persons and people with disabilities are treated with compassion and respect; receive unbiased and knowledgeable referrals to community services and programs; have access to affordable food, housing, transportation, and wellness activities; recognize and actualize their ability to make a meaningful contribution to our community; and are provided with protection and advocacy when unable to do so themselves.
