The Ark Development Group is a general contractor in the Florida and North Carolina markets. We offer commercial and residential construction expertise, including project management and land development services through our divisions, Ark Homes Construction, Inc. (Florida), and Ark Development of North Carolina, LLC. The Ark Development Group has been proudly serving our customers since 1987 and has decades of experience in the residential and commercial markets, completing hundreds of luxury, custom homes and commercial projects. Ark Development Group has partnered with Palm Hill, Inc., to create marquee properties from the Florida Keys to the Mountains of Western North Carolina. Our joint projects include River Dunes, in Oriental, North Carolina, Marlin Bay Yacht Club, in the Florida Keys, and Thoms Estate and Crest Mountain in Asheville, North Carolina. Ark Development Group has been overseeing the design, engineering and construction of new phases and new commercial and residential structures in these communities. This includes recasting the vision for Marlin Bay Yacht Club, finishing the infrastructure for over 200 homes sites in Asheville, and overseeing the new vision for the Marina Village in River Dunes, a 1200 acre community with 400 west slips in the only Marina recognized for its environmental excellence by the government of North Carolina.
