Armenian American Sports Medicine Coalition

The mission of the Armenian American Sports Medicine Coalition (AASMC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization with operations in Armenia and within our Armenian-American communities. In Armenia, the AASMC works with Armenian clinicians to advance the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation through educational outreach and patient care. The AASMC advocates for safe athletic participation within Armenian-American communities by creating a network of sports medicine and rehabilitation professionals who support safe sport practices and the development of future Armenian-American clinicians. Projects include: Continuing education for Armenian sports medicine and rehabilitation clinicians, instruction of clinical skills to clinicians working with Armenian wounded soldiers, rehabilitative treatment of Armenian wounded soldiers, advocacy for the introduction of sports medicine programs in the Armenian-American youth athletic community.
