Aroxa Mining is a small boutique Mining Engineering, Training & Health and Safety Consultancy. While we have a focus on Open Cut Coal mining, our consultants and associates have experience covering a wide variety of commodities and mining methods. Aroxa is able to deliver quality outcomes through the utilisation of our consultant’s academic, professional and operational experience, along with access to a network of associates to complement our skills. Utilising a collaborative approach with our clients allows Aroxa consultants to identify with and understand your needs, and achieve an outcome that is mutual beneficial to all stake holders. The vision of the Aroxa team is to promote the development of mining professionals in the course of undertaking projects on behalf of our clients. This is achieved by: • Working with the client to develop a clear scope to define the problem and process to be followed to develop a solution. • Engaging all key stakeholders to develop a complete understanding of all relevant constraints before executing a project. • Where possible, engaging the clients team of mining professionals to participate in the process and have ownership of the outcomes. • Actively mentoring, coaching and training mining professionals with whom we work and consistently providing objective feedback throughout the process.
