ARUN EXCELLO Started in 1987 by four young engineering entrepreneurs as a partnership firm, Arun Fabricators, was primarily engaged in the business of engineering contracts for both Oil & Chemical industries specializing in execution of mechanical jobs on contract basis. Later the firm diversified into execution of industrial civil works for various types of industries and emerged as one of the trusted names in the field of execution of engineering contracts both in India & abroad on turnkey basis. It was in 1997, the Group diversified into Residential project development concentrating mostly in the suburban locations of Chennai and has since completed more than 30 projects with two Township projects Estancia & Temple Green. Catering to all segments comprising Low, Middle & High income group of society, the Group has earned a name for itself as a dependable Builder amongst the competitors & minds of the public. A proud member of CREDAI , the Group is now more focused into providing budget homes to the society and has been very successful in implementing cost effective methods & providing low cost solutions to own a dream home. The Group quite recently during the year 2013 has stepped into the hospitality sector by launching its maiden venture “Confluence Banquets & Resort” which is recently renamed as Four Point Sheraton managed by Marriott at Mamallapuram, a state-of-the-art Convention center & resort which is the largest facility available to host weddings, seminars, corporate events & get-togethers in TamilNadu. As an ISO 9001-2008 certified Group, it has ambitious plans for the future and boasts of an employee strength of around 650 and a turnover exceeding 550 crores.
