Then chef Mike adds his Italian specialties to give his guests choices.many guests always ask why Italian and Persian. Executive Chef Mike Hashemi brings over 19 years of experience to you, as he shares his love of hospitality and fresh ingredients and his love of both Persian and Italian Cuisine. We wanted to create a warm ambiance, personal service, and exotic cuisine. We wanted to feel at home when they visit us, offering a relaxed environment, with personal touches. Executive Mike Hashemi wanted to make everyone happy with the variety of flavors he show cases in his menu. Everything is made from scratch from hand made dolmeh to all the sauces, home made Persian bread as well as focaccia. Our meats are all halal in the entire menu.
