Schindler's presence in Chile covers the last 97 years being, therefore the oldest and most reliable company of its class in the country. The initial equipment was first installed back in 1915, in the area next to the port of Valparaíso by the representative at that time Mr. Luis Harnecker. Ever since then, Schindler has installed thousands of elevators throughout the country maintaining not only a permanent technical assistance to its customers but also a complete and reliable support for its products.
