Current projects include the finest restaurants in many cities including Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore, across multiple genres: sushi, tempura, teppanyaki, ramen, and more. We enter these markets both as a direct owner-operator of restaurants and by providing consulting services, helping clients to recruit the chefs, the staff, procure the ingredients, ship it in ideal conditions and design the menus necessary to raise a restaurant to a world class level.
