Asian Economic Forum

The Asian Economic Forum is an economic focused think tank with a research interest in public policy. Operating regionally from within South East Asia we are a platform for regional Asian communities and global stakeholders to meet and discuss ideas and solutions for the long term sustainable economic development and advancement of Asian economies and the stability of their underlying financial markets. Our focus initially is to have conversations that encompass the opportunities and challenges for Financial Sector participants, regulators and policy makers in South East Asia and thereafter to expand the scope of subjects & geography within Asia based on the domain experts we can attract. Our objective is to help contribute to various macro-economic policy discussions that effect economic growth and development on subjects ranging from banking and finance to infrastructure development to a broad range of industry specific challenges and their potential solutions. Our long-term goal is to highlight economic policies that enable economic growth, stability, transparency and free markets in Asia and also enable global stakeholders to have more engagement opportunities in Asia in addition to their traditional points of interaction.
