Aspect Contracts was formed in 1986, starting as a family run business and developing into one of the most recognised leading asbestos abatement service providers in the UK. Small enough to provide attentive service levels to private domestic clients and specific regional contracts, large enough to competently service national measured term contracts and Frameworks. Our wholly owned business model of asbestos removals offices, plant and equipment division and waste transfer stations allows us full control of the end-to-end project requirements delivering reduced timescales, strict cost control and exemplary standards of customer service, quality and health and safety. We operate from 3 regional offices in East Kilbride, Leeds and Head Office in Basildon (satellite office in Bridgwater). Our motto is ‘People are our most Important asset’, believing we have the best staff in the industry and employ over 200 employees, acting as subject matter experts to our clients. Our directly employed national labour force of 160 suitably qualified and experienced operational employees and highly experienced in-house customer service teams are trusted to work in partnership with leading blue chip clients within the public and private sectors. This support network provides our clients with a 365 days, 24 hour in and out-of-hours national emergency service. Health and Safety is our number one business priority, underpinned by our continuous investment in industry leading training standards, evidenced by our ARCA (Asbestos Removals Contractors Association) Gold Training Award. Internal processes and procedures are underpinned by our 3 year HSE licence to undertake work with asbestos, the longest term available, certification towards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and several accreditations and memberships including CHAS, Constructionline and Safecontractor. We are full contracting members of ARCA.
