Aspect Training specialises in high quality and engaging training, helping both students and employers through qualifications, day training and online courses. Our courses are mainly delivered to the Care sector but our health & safety, first aid and business courses are suitable for many other sectors and non-care based organisations. By understanding the obstacles employers face on a day to day basis, Aspect Training help overcome them by being flexible and supportive and we tailor our services to you and around your needs. Aspect Training enjoy motivating learners and training delegates with relatable real-life training content and by keeping away from traditional teaching styles, we engage those who are normally reluctant to undertake training. Our Mission: Aspect Training is committed to providing high quality training that will be beneficial to learners, employers and staff. We want to: - Provide appropriate progression routes for learners to develop in the Health and Social Care sector. - Challenge discrimination and uphold equality in recruitment, training, and the workplace. - Ensure we always put the needs of our customers first. - Work flexibly with our customers to cater our training and courses to the individual. Present contracts include: - Care training for RMBC and DMBC delivering face-to-face courses - Subcontractor of Doncaster College for Level 2 & 3 qualifications - Direct contract with the ESFA to deliver Advanced Learner Loans through the Student Loans Company for L3, 4 & 5 qualifications - Individual agreements with private employers to provide rolling training contracts either on a monthly or yearly basis Based in Sheffield we operate across South Yorkshire and the North Midlands. We are now also expanding our day training services across the whole of Yorkshire and the Humberside with more trainers on board in these areas.
