(american toner cartridge) the company then turned its direction into a consulting firm that functioned as it department for client companies without a designated in-house technical team. provided strategic technical direction and planning. additional services provided: virtual cio and virtual it department services. atc was eventually acquired by andover computer corporation in 1997.
