Proudly celebrating 25 years, The Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET) is the national peak industry association for independent providers of tertiary education and training. Our core purpose is to enhance and promote the role of the private tertiary education sector. In order to achieve the highest quality educational outcomes for individuals, their employers and the economy ACPET works with Government and the education industry at the highest level. We use strong leadership and excellent relationships to open doors for our members through advocacy and driving change in our sector. ACPET membership provides our clients with the opportunities to access a range of services including professional development, networking with peers and a chance to help lead the industry through participation in member only events. Our National Board, State Committees and sector specific working groups lead discussions on Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training (VET), International Education, English Language and Quality. Representing more than 1,1000 members nationally, ACPET represents a diverse range of higher education industries guided by the highest level of ethics.
