AWTIL a wholly owned subsidiary of Army Welfare Trust, was acquired in 2017. The company obtained licenses to undertake "Investment Advisory" and "Asset Management Services" and Voluntary Pension Scheme (VPS) under the NBFC (Establishment and Regulation) Rules, 2003 (the NBFC Rules) and the NBFC & NE Regulations. AWTIL is currently managing assets of over Rs. 35 billion under various types of Mutual Funds and Investment Advisory segment. Our Client base includes corporations, endowments, High Net-Worth Individuals, public pension funds and provident funds. The PACRA, Pakistan Credit Rating Agency, Rating Company Limited assigned asset management rating of AM2 (Stable Outlook) to the Management Company. Since March 2022, Business transformation of the Company is being undertaken by the incumbent CEO. Consequently, the comparative performance of Mutual funds under management has improved significantly which has drawn the interest of institutional and individual clients.
