[Nairobi, Kenya] – 8th July, 2013 – With immediate effect the Shareholders, Board of Directors and Management of CB Richard Ellis Limited (CBRE), Kenya are proud to announce a change of name of their company and from now henceforth we shall be known as Axis Real Estate Limited. In September 1998 our company was founded and started the journey as a Property Management firm. For the last over 12 years, our company has served our clients as CB Richard Ellis Limited (CBRE). Over the 14 years, we have offered our clients and partner the highest level of Real Estate professional services. With a change in name we are entering a new phase of growing into a stronger Kenyan company with plans to expand and become a Pan African brand offering world class service to our clients spread across the continent. The change in name to Axis Real Estate is a testimony of the growth of local talent and capability to build a truly Kenyan brand and in shaping our destiny. Since our inception Axis Real Estate list of satisfied clients has grown in width and depth a trend that we are confident shall continue to do by offering the best service as we are more dedicated and focused than ever before. There has been no change in the ownership and management of the company or in our desire to meet the needs of our clients and our stakeholders. The change in the name has come with a new Vision, Mission and Core Values as well as a new logo and brand identity. Finally our new name Axis Real Estate and brand identity means more focus and renewed energy in the company.
