Aythos is a U.S. based NGO that supports economic development, environmental sustainability, and social equality in Nepal. Aythos specializes in project-based consulting. We believe local people are often the best suited to identify and address solutions to local problems. Our team advises communities, facilitates training, and provides resources as people undertake projects that are sustainable in the long-term and yield community-wide benefits. Aythos develops leadership and technical skills within communities with the goal of creating a product that can provide sustainable income. In the rural areas that we work in most products are agricultural, however we remain open to potential opportunities in many forms. We desire greater self-sufficiency and economic prosperity for our beneficiaries and approach these goals through our development model.
