I created B & D Capacity Builders, LLC in 2008 after working in nonprofit management for 20 plus years. Throughout those 20 plus years I recognized common pitfalls that most every nonprofit falls into at some point in time. Nonprofits that recognize these pitfalls early on go on to thrive, however many smaller, stressed nonprofits often fall into crisis situations. Through B & D Capacity Builders, I will offer the skills and insight to address and end crisis situations, often involving lost funding, negative public relations, staff under performance, compliance issues, and overall lack of program vision and mission alignment.
