Backyard is an innovative food tech start-up which is set to create an Indian street food brand using robust supply chain and technology. We at Backyard utilize unused spaces and turn them into food zones using our micro-format smart kiosks. Our smart kiosks have everything that is required to run a full-fledged food outlet (freezers, fryers, storage cabinets, display etc). They are powered by our application and integrated to backend systems. All our food gets cooked using best ingredients in FSSAI certified centralized commercial kitchens under the expert supervision of chefs and food technologists. This is then packed using revolutionary retort packing technology which enhances its shelf life without adding any preservatives or additives. Our staff at Kiosks is trained to handle this food and serve delicious food to customers under hygienic conditions. We are on our way to build a National Food brand with No chef. No Kitchen at any of our outlets.
