The BCS Group is a leading multinational company in the mechanization industry. It designs and manufactures machineries for agriculture (specialized tractor, two-wheel tractor, motor mower and haymaking) and greens maintenance. The company has its headquarter at Abbiategrasso (Milan, Italy), where in 1943, Eng. Luigi Castoldi founded BCS SpA, forerunner to the current Group. The production activities take place in three plants in Italy, each one dedicated to a specific product line. In addition to the administrative, commercial, technical assistance and research and development offices, the BCS Group plants contain all main production processes: mechanical and sheet metal machining with CNC robotic systems, gear construction, welding cycles, heat treatments in a controlled atmosphere, coating processes, quality control, chains and assembly and testing islands, centralized spare parts warehouse, finished products warehouse and logistics. This ensures maximum production flexibility, allowing the company to quickly and effectively adapt to the needs of different markets and, above all, it allows us to make the highest quality products. The business strategy aimed to the internationalization and expansion of its business throughout the world, has allowed the BCS Group to consolidate its leading position in the countries where it has gained great experience and to expand into developing countries with greater needs for technology and mechanization.
