Led by Directors, Evan Lykourinos and Paul Richards, Bekdon Richards is young in years, but mature in wisdom—with an expert and experienced team that has achieved countless goals in sales’ results and customer service. Coming from quite different backgrounds (Paul as a real estate specialist of many years’ experience and Evan as a real-estate agent, developer and the CEO of a Logistics group for over 15 years), our two Directors share a commitment to providing a superlative property sales’ service—one where every client’s home is treated as if it were their own. Quickly recognising a shared work ethic while employed by a big-brand real estate group, Evan and Paul teamed up. They soon found one successful sale quickly led to another…and, ultimately, to the realisation that their complementary talents could offer vendors strong selling benefits. The result was the formation of Bekdon Richards—a company cleverly named for the two principals, and in Evan’s case, for every member of his family!
