Bereavement Assistance

Bereavement Assistance Ltd is a charitable funeral director that was established in 1997 to address the need for a dignified funeral service which honours the lives of individuals who may have otherwise had a pauper's burial, and provide families with a funeral service which aids in the grieving process, and alleviates the financial burden of a service held with a commercial funeral director. As the only charitable Funeral Service in Australia, we feel that Bereavement Assistance Ltd addresses the need for equality and dignity for individuals and their families, at a time when it is especially necessary. We offer funeral services throughout Victoria, and whilst we offer funerals for families in need at a low cost. We can also provide any type of service a family may want for their loved one. These more involved services are still charged at a lower cost than a commercial funeral director, but the funds from these services help fund our charitable funerals.
