Bertels Coaching & Consultancy B.V. ('homebase’ of Rob Bertels, see https://www.linkedin.com/in/robbertels/) is specialized in leadership, personal coaching, team- and personal development. Rob's special expertise lies in the (development, implementation and performance of) effective coaching at organizational-, team- and individual level. He is actively involved in the personal guidance of (board)teams and (top)managers and in the development of their joint and personal leadership and effectiveness. Since 2022 Rob is working from his own Bertels Coaching & Consultancy B.V., preferably choosing only the challenging assignments he likes, in which he believes and that are meaningful to him and his client.
