Best Practice Australia (BPA) is a privately owned research company based in Brisbane, Australia that has grown to become one of Australias leading providers of workforce culture surveys and diagnostics. BPA was founded by Glenn Parle in 1992 with the purpose of discovering the factors in organisational culture that have the greatest impact on organisational performance. With a strong national, and a growing international, client base, this research continues today. To date over 630,000 individuals have told their personal stories of their working life in their organisation through BPA. Over 27 years, BPA has expanded it's database to include the stories of customers/patients, stakeholders, and volunteers as well.
