Bears also depend on their acute sense of smell for information about the world around them. Like them, we’ve got a good nose for an opportunity. Established in 2013 and acquired by Hexad Associates in March 2017, Big Bear is now part of a larger family which also includes Regional Recruitment Services and Contact24. Driven to deliver exceptional service with empathy, we focused our recruitment expertise on the healthcare sector – nursing is a profession characterised by its caring approach and its desire to make a difference to how people feel. We share those values and that commitment. Bridging talent with opportunity is what inspires us. Our goal is to be recognised as the UK’s preferred agency for sourcing and supplying specialist nursing and healthcare personnel.
