Our mission is to provide the ultimate bikram yoga experience by focusing on development of our amazing community fueled by the ultimate hot room. Our in room heat comes from far infrared (FIR) technology from Prestyl and our ventilation uses a high capacity heat/energy exchanger and UV filtration. Our studio is lead by Lynne Farrell (co-owner) and Kyle Kessenich with combined 20+ years of bikram teaching experience.
