Blackhold Studios is a video game development studio based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. We are an up and coming independent developer that has set out with the goal to create quality games with immersive and memorable storytelling. Tired of the constant let down of many current games in the industry and under development, we are striving to create entertainment that revives the nostalgic feeling of role-playing games of yore. Mixed with stunning visuals and solid game play mechanics, we’re creating the games that brought many of us into this industry. With a diverse background and a wide range of experience, the team has high goals and high ideals that we believe we have the skillset to attain. Our formula for success is to keep it simple. We’re not out to re-invent the wheel, or to bog you down with over complicated systems, we want every aspect of our games to be fun, memorable, and easy to understand. This doesn’t mean that our games will be "dumbed"​ down click-fests, just that our back-end systems are simplified in a way to ensure that the end-user experience is straight forward and fun.
